Poor customer service, arrogance and disrespect

Dealing with both sales agent and the branch manager who are dishonest and arrogant. We I lodge a complaint, the branch manager send the the very same dishonest sales agent to me instead of intervening and attend to the complaint. Clearly, this is the high level of disrespect to the client and disregard of customer service satisfaction. I will never do any business with this Yonke guy.
