Poor customer service

Such terrible customer service from this dealership 1. There’s no way to reach the dealer via telephone which means calling personal cells which they never answer and when you try get assistance through customer care they tell you go log a complaint which takes 72hr for you to get a response 2. They force you into taking warranty with innovation when purchasing when there’s problems with the warranty innovation tells you to contact Webuycars, webuycars tells you to contact innovation 3. They said the warranty is two years but innovation says it’s 1year yet you pay knowing that you are covered for 2 years

Honestly the service from the Springfield is horrible I regret buying this car there
