Poor customer service

Visited Webuycars with a colleague to try and get an assessment done in his vehicle at the Springfield branch. Service and enthusiasm shown by buyers department was pathetic. After using We buy cars previously I was totally gobsmacked at the don't care attitude of the buying dept which has changed dramatically since my last engagement. Typical of a company that's grown too big too fast.
