Poor customer service

I'm truly disappointed at webuycars jhb south poor customer service and no attendance at all. Whites will only assist whites and blacks will also assist white people. Me and my husband wanted to buy a car cash and we got Gracious to help us but it looked like she knows nothing about her duty and the stuff is very terrible and they don't meet customer needs and setisfection. Jhb south is very bad. We had to drive to another branch to go buy it there. Horrible stuff bad stuff actually.
