Poor customer experience

I made an enquiry regarding a specific vehicle from the Germiston Branch The car was listed as a category A with a Dekra road worthy certificate

Email was received that the vehicle is available and a sales person will be contact with me

1st sales person called me and after I asked some question they came back to me telling me the vehicle has suspension issues and engine issue and they don't think it would be a good buy for me (nothing mentioned on the dekra report). Right after that the vehicle was shown to be under "sale in progress" and after that it was under a auction with no update regarding the mentioned issues.

I asked the sales person why has there been no update on the vehicle online and he said they still need to update the dekra report.

Thereafter the vehicle was listed again without a sale in progress and again on a auction and did not sell.

2nd sales person enquiry i asked for more details regarding the vehicle and still today there has been NO feedback, vehicle was placed on auction again and now shows sale in progress??

Something does not seem right and I feel that I was **** to by the sales people, don't know if they keeping the vehicle for someone they trying to get a good deal on the auction for this person. The vehicle is to date still shown online without any updated issues
