poor customer and sales service

Extremely poor customer and sales service!!!-

We have been trying to purchase a amarok bakkie from the PE branch we are based in gauteng after many promises to get the bakkie here - we have now been sifted trough sales consultants twice (First one and now Jaundre) and now even the manager Rudi cant help us or explain after more than 30days why we cant purchase the bakkie just to find out that it has now been put on action and requires a 5000k fee to put in a bid looks like this is they way they make there money we then are told they bakkie was never reserved for us but rather the details 'JUST' captured on the system -would not recommend this useless company to anyone -not even the customer care manger "Kimberley" gets back to you !!!!!-after two phone calls and a email
