POOR CONTINUES SERVICE

Good day I would like to take this opportunity to invite people to post their experiences with we buy cars. I have had 7 encounters with we buy cars that was horrible. The previous time I send a mail to their CEO (Faan) and he couldn't resolve the issues. I will not say that their service is poor I thinks it is more incompetency. WBC has a customer service that doesn't supply any service because they can't resolve any issues. Currently we are busy with WBC the Dome to buy a vehicle. Needless to say, that their service is ****. Craig Nursay is the F&I there, lie after lie. We started with this deal and ask for Finance. He said that he app**** from 6 banks for the finance, after asking him to provide proof of the applications so that we could way up the deals. He only supp**** us with the deal from Westbank. After asking him to supply us with the other offers for finance he didn't respond. We bank with MFC and has purchase numerous vehicles with them. After asking him again to send us the finance deal with the other bank he informed us that MFC doesn't finance commercial vehicles. We contacted MFC for assistance. They gladly assist us and we arranged the finance with them. Craig also insisted that we take a mechanical warranty of R40 000(on finance), according to him this is a bank requirement. After speaking to MFC they informed us this this wasn't true. So there was mails asking for him to change the invoice to the corrected amount without the insurance. On receiving this invoice, the invoice was a complete mess. We signed for the vehicle with the MFC yesterday and after speaking to Craig he said that he would require a deliver note in order for us to receive the vehicle. Today we wanted to go and collect the vehicle with the delivery note. Needless to say, that we didn't receive the vehicle. WBC want us to sign the delivery note without taking possession of the vehicle. We can only view the vehicle. We also phoned their customer service to assist, and they didn't even bother to get back to us. WE BUY CARS DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. IT IS ALL ABOUT NUMBER OF SALES.
