Poor Communication and Service Delivery

I purchased a vehicle from this branch and on day of collection we found that there were a few things broken on the car which were'nt upon 1st viewing and test drive, my sales person Delano Lodewyk confirmed to his manager onsite that day of collection we wrote it on my docs and sent an email with the issues noted, I was told these things will be fixed, now its a month later and im still being told its being investigated and they cannot find any fault , yet we know this was confirmed! I have followed up countless times and the customer care department is just as unhelpful. Instead im being called to be offered other services instead of fixing my issues.
