Poor client service

Kindly assist in resolving my matter which has been going on since March 2022 to date.

I purchased a vehicle with We buy cars were by the dealer tried to rip me off in selling me a faulty car. A week later after I took my car for service at BMW in klerksdorp it started taking out smoke whereby I had to contact BMW and advised them of

the fault. BMW told me to not drive the car they came to taw it. Did their diagnose and advised that there was a stop smoke that was put in the car so when they did the service and drained the oil that stop smoke went out with the oil hence the car was smoking.

I contacted my finance company and explained to them, I was advised that since the car is not even six month and it already giving me problems. I decided to rather cancel the deal since they advised that the could not replace or fix the car.

Now we buy cars did not cancel the deal instead they say that they opted for cheaper settlement whereby the bank advised me that they we

supposed to request for a cancellation figure not a settlement figure.

until today no response 😔Faan Van Der Walt please may i ask for your intervetion and as this has been going on for far toooo long
