Poor aftersales service

Pathetic service. No after sales service. Vehicle (Dekra Approved) purchased a month ago was leaking coolant. Me the client, have to communicate with the auto repair garage and WeBuyCars. They don't have the decency of calling you and informing you of what's happening. Still waiting for 2 weeks to replace the water pump.
