Poor aftersale service

My son bought me a car from webuycars on the 25 of May 2025. The purchase went great.staff very friendly follow up explain things in detail.when I collect the vehicle I noticed there is some wrong with the gearbox it's an automatic dsg.i notified wbc.there already.i did not get a call from them.they just send me an email.saying take the car to a workshop and get a quote.thats it.done that send them the quote of which they said they gonna cover 50% of there repairs.now when the repairs is done they asked for lots of documents from the workshop which they never told me.and they were in contact with the workshop themselves.i then had to pay the workshop in full to get my car.i have phones WBC so many times but there's never someone to take my call just say they gonna get back to me.it would be great if they had the same energy with the after sale service.but after they had my money.they do not have time for me if I send a email I get a response after 2 days if I'm lucky this is the worse service I have ever experienced in my life chandre the agent is very weak in communication.he clearly don't care
