Poor after service from We buy cars through agent Simphiwe Tshabalala

I bought a car with a golden sticker and within a week the car started overheating and i informed we buy cars on the 1st November 2022 . I was asked by a useless and passive aggressive agent called Simphiwe Tshabalala to go and get quotes which i did and they gave me authorization to do the repairs and they would reimburse me .I paid for the repairs and when i want to follow up for the payment Simphiwe Tshabalala doesnt respond to my emails and till date i have note received my reimbur*****t after signing and sending the docs they required .I even posted an online complaint and the customer service department doesnt respond on the 19th of January and my reference number was 35370.Be very careful when you buy golden sticker cars from we buy cars as their after service is very poor .
