Poor after service

I never wanted to resort to a hello peter review. However, I do feel it is necessary! The after sales of we buy cars is just pathetic! From the run around with the paper work, to no responses. After I received the car, I noticed the front bumper lip of the car wasn't clipped in or was out, I brought it to the sales guys attention and got ignored! And no return of my calls. Secondly, I was told to come pick up my plates, and it will be installed on to the car. After waiting an hour at the dealership, I get told they won't be able to install it for me and just gave it me! We pay an extra fee of R5200(for the 'delivery' fee and 'licensing') and get nothing in return for it. I suppose once the sale is concluded, we are no longer needed. The contrast between signing and after signing the dotted line in service is alarming, to say the least!
