Poor after sales service

I bought a car from webuycars in the 7th month of 2024 and it was fitted with the incorrect tires (the car takes runflats and was fitted with normal tires) the sales guy said he knows about it and will sort it out. The car does not come with a spare wheel and currently has 2 normal tires. Every time I call to get it sorted out as per the sales person’s email he says it’s with the manager he will find out and let me know been 3 months now and I’m still waiting for this to be sort out
