Poor After Sales Service

I bought a car from We Buy Cars and the process of purchasing the car was fantastic. This review is about after sales service. The after sales service is really poor. My car which should have had no roadworthy relevant issues, had no hand brake. I raised a concern with WBCs but the responses are really slow and normally it as to be me following up with them. They are considering compensating me for the repair to the car but till now, nothing. I had to pay for the repair myself or the roadworthy test would have expired, and I would have had to pay again. I will have to call them again and discuss the way forward. This after sales service is really spoiling a fantastic business. I think even small backyard car sales companies would correct the problem, which is a Consumer Services requirement.
