Poor after sale services

I bought a car 3 months ago which was supposed to come with spare wheel as per spec. On collection there was no sparewheel and up to this day i am being tossed to and fro without getting the sparewheel. Where is honesty in such a service? Really not happy at all, i thought this was a professional dealership where we don't get those cat and mouse deals but to my surprise you're the same
