Poor after sale service.

Worst after sale service ever. I bought a VW Tiguan from them. After about 3 months we realized the trailer connection does not work. And the car went in to limp mode. I took a warranty with the finance, but they said the warranty does not cover the trailer connection or the the problem with the ignition coil. I explained that we have not even driven the car 2000km and it is already braking down. They made no effort to help me. After I fixed it out of my own pocket the car started with the same issue again. I load a complaint on their website and they ignore it. After a few days I decided to load a complaint again. They contacted me, I explained the problem again, they said they will come back to me and I am waiting for 3 weeks now. On Monday the 26th I loaded a 3rd complain. But they do not reply at all.
