Poor Admin Service

Such disappointing service from the Admin Department at We Buy Cars George branch. We have dealt with both Port Elizabeth branch and Grahamstown satellite without a problem. Helpful and efficient. With regard to the George branch, it was all a big rush to get the deal done, pay the money across "before the car is sold to someone else" Reserve was cancelled mid sale due to admin issues, even with deposit in place, told that we might lose the deal. 8 days after payment was made I continue to receive requests from their admin department for additional documentation. And the requests come every second day! Rather review your docs properly , get all your boxes ticked and get the admin processed! Extremely frustrating
