Polokwane branch poor service

I was very interested in a old caravan at the Polokwane branch.

After not being able to get hold of anyone I contacted the customer care line. They assigned me to an agent to assist me. The agent promised to answer all my questions on the monday. After sending him a message and not getting response form him. I called customer service again.

I got in touch with another agent who helped me with my questions and also video called so I can inspect the caravan. I told him I want to buy the caravan and if I can come through the next day, as I am from pretoria. He said that the caravan is still available and that the will reserve it for me.

I further asked what he needs from me where he just said my ID and proof of residence. Later that evening I saw the add for the caravan has been removed. And when I asked why he said someone else sold it.

I then phoned the manager named Jaco at the branch and he said that he understood my problem when I explained that I repeatedly said from early morning till evening that I want the caravan and that I would be coming the next day from Pretoria.

The manager said that he will speak to the two sales people involved to sort out the problem as I am the first person who wanted the caravan. He assured me that my sales rep will get back to me which did not happen. When I sent a message to the sales rep my messages only stays on “read” with no response.

I am thus very disgusted with the service as I have proof to show that when I said I want the caravan and asked what is needed it has not yet been sold.
