Please send my car registration papers

I need my car's eNatis documents please. Bought a car through finance and accepted delivery on 11 May 2024. Today is 14 June 2024, more than a month later, no papers for the car.

Worst part is I have to drive to Dome every now and again to fetch the permit as the disc expired in February 2024. Second permit is expiring on 26 June 2024. At this point I'm hopeless that I will get the papers anytime soon. Dome branch sucks because when I bought a car at WBC in Midstream last year the papers were readily available on time. Call centre informs me that the papers are most probably still with the internal finance and not yet submitted with the traffic department. Damn We Buy Cars. Damn!!!!!
