Please refund

I reserved a vehicle and the day I purchased the vehicle I suggested that If can pay the difference from the money I used to reserve the car. But whoever I was told to pay full amount and I will be refunded. 2 weeks gone and still I haven't received my refund, ì sent emails and all the documents but Noone is responding
