Please Pass!!!

I had decided on what car I wanted, got in contact with the sales agent. The purchase price from the website started to drastically rise as they were telling me I had to pay for service and Tyers but the dekra report said the car was in perfect shape. I decided to stop the sale and I am yet to receive my R5000 holding deposit everyone is sending me pulled to post. 4 weeks and I am still awaiting my refund. I have recieved nothing but excuses from it has been done to they need more documents. At a point where I don’t even know how to get the refund back
