Please help get what i paid for

WeBuyCars CUSTOMER COMPLAINT 53341 I wish to place the following on record. I bought a Yamaha XVS 1100 from We Buy Cars Richmond WC on 31 January 2024. - The bike was not advertised as a non runner and when it was delivered it had to be pushed from the trailer as it could not start. - A replacement battery had to be fitted at my cost - When I enquired about the spare key as it was indicated in the advert Stefan said I must give evidence that it was advertised as such, however when a bike is sold the listing is not available on the site - Stefan did not return my calls or messages. - I contacted we buy cars and lodged a query nr 53341. I was contacted by an agent Angie which requested the battery and key invoices to be sent to her. - She escalated the matter and sent it to Stefan(17February 2024) - Stefan did not respond to my request for the registration certificate and license papers. - Today is 23 February 2024 and I still could not take the bike for an inspection and have no cover as my insurance only start after the inspection - I came from the licensing Department now and cannot do anything without the registration paper that Stefan refuses to answer me about. - I was also informed that the bike was not taken for roadworthy test, this can only be done when the certificate is with me? - I also have to foot the bill for this????? I find the above as totally unacceptable and require an urgent answer ? A copy of this email will be placed on social platforms to see if I can get service?
