Please Assist
I've just purchased a Category A vehicle from We Buy Cars The Dome where I has a brake down 6 days from collection.
I called the dealer and they agreed I should take the vehicle to their nearest branch which I did, it has been 2 weeks with no positive results to fix/repair and now they say I need to collect the vehicle as they cannot take ownership of the vehicle and I should wait for the customer relations to be in contact with me.
Kindly please intervene in this matter.

28 Feb 2023, 15:46I’ve went again to the branch to see the Customer Relation Manager but the name of Yul where he promised to be in contact with me for the updates but he doesn’t reply to the WhatsApp text I have been sending him after his only call on the 22nd of February. He is as useless as the sales person who could not keep his promises.
They can keep their vehicle and cancel the deal.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone for trust this branch in anyhow.
