Pietermaritzburg branch and their TERRIBLE service

I bought my car at the Pietermaritzburg branch and was told that my disc/ paperwork would be ready in 21 days, I was given a permit for the time being. The first 21 days went by and the permit I was using expired. I’m going on my third month with the car and still my paperwork hasn’t been done. The sales guy Lindokuhle is ignoring my calls and messages. No one is assisting me and what’s worse is that I’m based in JHB, I can’t go to Pietermaritzburg just because people aren’t doing what they are supposed to do. I’m beyond frustrated.
