Peter Koch was very helpful in the beginning but when we needed to do paperwork it went downhill. After an hour we got our invoice. We paid an hour later. Next day we confirm with the bank the funds are paid in and 4 days later we are still struggling to get confirmation from WBC to release the vehicle. We did forward them proof of payment and also our bank confirmed payment. I've requested the Sales manager to call me but no luck with that. The story is that it takes 7 days to confirm. The funny thing is we paid for a caravan at the same time at a different company and funds are reflecting. No issue.....
