Pending Reg and expired permit!!!

I purchased a car at the Germiston branch and I collected it on the 3rd of December. There was no wheel spanner in the car and I was promised they will have one ready when I come collect the disc and registration. Build up to the permit expiry date I called over and over again to find out about the reg and disc as no one was communicating with me, I was told the registration is not ready. I desperately called again on Christmas Eve but I couldn’t get through to anyone, even the sales person who was online after I sent him a message. On Christmas morning he responds saying they are out of permits and they aren’t open for 25th and 26th. MY PERMIT WAS DUE TO EXPIRE ON THE 26/12/2021 but no one cared to assist so that I am not inconvenienced even though I made them aware. I asked him what the way forward was and he kept quiet. I had to cut my holiday short because of this. He only got back to me today (27/12/21) with the same story, my disc and papers aren’t ready and they are out of permits. I called the branch and left the message for manager to call me urgently at 10:49 but I am still waiting an hour and a half later.

I am stuck where I am because I can’t move with an unlicensed car and no one is jumping in to have this resolved 😡😡😡
