Pending Refund

I bought a car from We buy cars and got a tracker from Netsar wich was payed 3years in advance through the finance house I had used to buy the car. I then decided to cancel the tracker and request the advance payment to be refunded. Netsar refunded the advance to We Buy cars on the 19/03/2025 and emailed me proof of payment, I have been contacting we buy cars since March requesting the refund sent to them by Netsar to be sent to my finance house. I still have not gotten any assistance regarding the matter, everytime I call or email them they say they will escalate the matter to accounts department and to their manager and get back to me, till date I have not gotten my refund, nor correspondence from We buy cars regarding the matter.
