Pay back my money, We Buy Cars!

We paid a R 5 000 "refundable" deposit to secure a vehicle that we ended up not purchasing. What a mission it has been to get refunded?! We Buy Cars Mbombela is quick and eager to take your money but seems when it is time to pay it back, they disappear and do not respond to enquiries. The F & I Business Manager, Sandra at the Mbombela branch (who convinced us to pay the reservation fee) has been particularly great at avoiding calls, not responding to whatsapps and just ignoring our enquiries as to when we can expect to be refunded! Such a pity that this process has soured our entire positive experience that Louis, our Sales Executive has provided us. Do better We Buy Cars!!!
