Pathetic We Buy Cars

So sorry you cannot at a minus in front of the stars. WE BUY CARS is the poorest in after sales service. I lodged a complaint on the 15th of August 2022, up to date, the matter has not been resolved. It has been one excuse after another. Needless to say, the sales person does not answer our calls. The complaints department just says "I will discuss it with my manager" and then nothing happens. So many businesses refuse to do work for WBC as they do not pay. It is taking almost a month just to get an order and payment for a Diagnostic report, which WBC insists on, and I refuse to pay, as the issue on the vehicle has been covered up when I bought the vehicle. WE BUY CARS is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
