Pathetic service we buy cars the dome

We went to We Buy Cars the Dome to find a vehicle and actually found a vehicle we liked. And this is where the pleasant experience stopped! Every single sales person seems to be an acrobat driving around on their two wheelers but pathetic on helping customers. Eventually we managed to get the attention of a sales person. The car was certified Dekra Platinum which is supposed to be perfect but on taking the vehicle for a drive the rear right brake was making a loud metal noise. We will fix it we were told. Not to mention how the sales person was running we buy cars down - to us the customer! It's a minor issue which my mechanic will be able to repair I thought and still went ahead with the deal and paid the R5000.00 reserve deposit. We were notified via what's app on Sunday afternoon that we were approved. On mOnday I get a what's app (no prior communication - nothing) where are your documents to complete the deal. I called the person and queried the message. I was then what's apped what I need. I am self employed and when I tried getting hold of the actual sales person who sold the vehicle to us to check exactly what they require I was at first ignored. Then he called back and summarily cut me off. By then I had enough of the un professional service I was being submitted to. I called the finance lady again and asked if there are any penalties if we cancel the deal, and she said no. I then sent an e mail to her the following day requesting the cancellation. It took a day to respond because apparently my mail was in the junk box. I had to query again 3 days later where is my refund and the standard answer I didn't get your mail. I then what's apped it to her, tried to call to no avail. They have great deals but their sales staff and admin staff need retraining in customer service. What a shame that their sales people and admin staff ruined what was supposed to be an exciting experience!
