Pathetic service from WBC Silver Lakes

Most disappointing service, correction there is no service at all at We buy cars Silver Lakes. F&I incorrectly invoiced the wrong bank, now my natis is registered with one bank and my car is financed with another. Neither Nikita the F&I, Maggie the salesperson or Eddie the sales manager is getting back to us regarding this issue. Every time we call a call is logged but no one calls back. Even the general manager does not answer our calls. Messages are not being read and calls are not answered. The next step will be to contact the ombudsman.
