Pathetic service from WBC Mbombela

Where to start. I bought a 1998 Land Rover Disvovery 1 for what I thought was a huge bargain from WBC Mbombela on the 23rd of November 2022. Without being informed about it though, there was an issue with the vehicles clearance. After many attempts, police station visits, traffic department, weighbridge etc. and an up and between Nelspruit and Komatipoort, it is now mid October 2023, almost 1 full year later and the vehicle is not yet registered on my son's name. Pathetic. No response from them, and the salesman that sold me the car doesn't even work there anymore.
