Pathetic Service From Brandon
Poor service from Brandon the sales person at Springfield branch. On the 03/01/2022 I went to fetch my car on my way home the vehicle broke down, I called Brandon he promise to send a tow truck till today he has not send a tow truck. He is now ignoring my call. EVEN WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE NOT ASSISTING WITH ANYTHING.

10 Jan 2023, 14:23********, after sending a review they contacted me and promise to send a tow truck till now they didn't send it, if i try to all them as soon as they hear that it me on the phone they cut the call but if i call with another number they answer it......I am still unhappy with the service i am getting. they told me the agent by the name of Simphiwe is going to call me but no 1 called me yet.
