PATHETIC SERVICE FROM AGENT

We have used webuycars twice already (referring friends and family) we have always had excellent service the guys were always friendly and willing to assist. Today we had a terrible experience with an agent from the Johannesburg South branch. Firstly it was a lengthy process trying to get him to contact us- he was generally very rude. We were trying to contact him to sell our vehicle. Eventually we made arrangements,he came to view the vehicle at our workshop but had extremely poor customer service. Whilst evaluating the car he downgraded the car to below average yet the vehicle had no mechanical damage and he could see it. He told us that we should put our car on the car lift so he could see the under carriage ?? Never heard of that from webuycars before. The vehicle has never been in any accidents nor have we changed any parts in the vehicle, however his report says otherwise, stating that parts may be missing and broken?? He was very unprofessional and gave us pathetic service.
