Pathetic service

I lodged a complaint in this platform on the 18th and I was contacted immediately by their contact centre. I was promised that a representative from their Polokwane branch will contact me and that hasn't happened which confirms that they don't care about client service if at all it means something to them. It's quite concerning that there are companies out there that believe that you can ignore a client complaint and it will eventually die off. WebuyCars should do something about this kind of behavior by their .branches.
