Pathetic Service

I recently thought I would approach Webuycars to sell my car. Everything went well - I was responded to within a day, had to delay the appointment due to my availability, and then arranged that the agent could evaluate my and two of my parents vehicles all at one. This also went off well - and I thought everything would be wrapped up quickly. Alas I was wrong.

I had to request multiple times for the offers which eventually came through and since then accepting one of the offers the agent and webuycars has all but vanished. I lodged a complaint and 2 days later got a call from an agent who didn't know whether I was buying or selling a car, hadn't looked up the situation and promised to get someone to call me back. Still waiting. What I have now realised is the offer the sales agent made wasnt an actual offer - there was no reference number. This probably explains why the complaint agent didnt know, but if there is something going on with the company's staff you would expect them to be concerned.

After a good start I am bitterly disappointed in the service
