Pathetic service - Dome Webuycars

"WEBUYCARS" THE DOME From doing a online application, to a physical aswell as communicating regularly still was declined for finance only to find out that the consultant at webuycars put in the wrong salary amount yet documents was sent so many times. If it wasnt for my bank it would have never been approved hence my bank step in and assisted in this process. Get the car on the 29 September, drove the car for 2days, picked up some faults with the car, took time off from work to take the car in only for the sakes person to say they are fully booked. Went in to communicate our faults with the vehicle within the 7 day period, then to be told to log a complaint online with all this and the car as still not be inspected. Drove the car on a Saturday and broke down with the vehicle on the 8 October. Car has not been touched or repaired till date. Keep hearing bull**** and pathetic service from all the staff we have dealth with. Only have been hearing excuses upon excuses. Imagine paying insurance and your monthly fee for a vehicle that you only drove 3 times and not having it with you at all. I've literally had so much **** and drama from webuycars. Absolutely no assistance or communication regarding my vehicle.
