Pathetic service

I bought my first car from We buy cars in Montagu gardens Cape Town. Service is sickening! They were quick to receive payment and rush my sale as it was almost closing time. Sales Person Stephan... Provided no key information regarding car licence and other information about the car... They rushed getting the change in ownership when car was purchased on 5th march 2022 despite it having an expired licence disc that expired in January 2022. Call centre confirmed after I followed up on natis that everything will be up to date by the time I received the car papers, but the rude unhelpful lady that deals with this process at the dealership said it's not their responsibility. Stephan and his manager is yet to call me after a whole month regarding this matter. Now they are saying that I am responsible for roadworthy and the licence and change of number plates as well. I will be taking this further!
