We buy cars Johannesburg south,the finance lady that was assigned to my deal with them hardly ever came back to me the time she said she will,i have to phone numerous times and still she only had excuses. Asking her about my interest rate,she still couldn't tell me what it is,just telling me what rediclous instalment i will have and telling every time she will phone the bank and let me know,i am still waiting on her. The sales person that was appointed to look after me also said he will phone me back,same story,he doesn't. When asking him to find out from the financial lady he has a excuse, telling me he is only dealing with sales. Surely if you want to do a deal with a client you will also follow up with the financial side to your benefit. It seems if you are not a walk in client they couldn't care less.
