Pathetic Service and Hidden Admin Fees For NOTHING!

I am absolutely appalled at this dealership and the manager, Sinovuyo Gxotha. Please learn customer service! You have lost a client who was willing to make a cash purchase because of an admin fee of R2,250 that you refused to consider waiving.

Paying an admin fee for non-existent documents is ridiculous. You don’t register, roadworthy, or even clean the cars! What exactly are customers paying for? A Dekra report and inspection report that doesn’t reflect the true condition of the vehicle?

To make matters worse, the manager had the audacity to tell us we could “take it or leave it.” Apparently, it is not their responsibility to be transparent about scratches or the external condition of the car—they only care about the mechanical side.

Absolutely pathetic. You have become far too arrogant!
