Pathetic Service!!

Steeling my paid service fee for license and registration!

From September 2023 till date, I did not received my license and registration, after numerous calls, emails and WhatsApp messages, the response is always we will get back to you soon!

I also had numerous discussions with the branch manager Rossouw at Brakenfell Western Cape with the same answer, that he will get back to me and the roadworthy test etc still not done.

Why is that after you bought a vehicle from them, they just don't care?

The charge for license and registration was included in my finance contract and paid, we buy cars received there money...why do they put no effort in to fix the unresolved issue even after they have been paid in September 2023 almost 11 months later, this feels like that they are *****ing from the consumers.
