Pathetic Service

I bought a car recently from The Dome branch. They were supposed to register it on my name. Completed the NCO form and everything. When they informed me the registration papers are ready for collection it was still registered on WeBuyCars name. The Senior Branch Administrator said she will personally make sure it gets registered on my name and will only take 7 working days longer. A month later she informed me it's registered on my name and she posted it to me. When I received the papers it still was registered on WeBuyCars name. I put in a complaint. A Customer Care Agent contacted me a few days later and said I did not request for the registration on my name. I emailed him all correspondence and the signed NCO. Never heard from him again. Very pathetic service. I will never buy anything from WeBuyCars again in my life.
