Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service from the sales staff as well as the F&I at The Dome branch. I then submitted a complaint on their website which they 'promise' to reply to within 24 hours, to which they have done nothing. I will never purchase a vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone.
