Pathetic service
I bought a car last year and i told them that invoice should be under company's name. I complained before and no one want to help me.

Did you supply our administrative department with all the details of your company when you purchased the vehicle? Did you hand in your supporting documentation, like your company's registration documentation ext?
I have emailed your complaint to our administrative department, but I must be honest with you, if it's a year later, I am not sure there is anything we can do. None the less, I will get back to you as soon as possible?

I have done some investigation and the following information has been given to me;
Please note that you purchased the vehicle on 2018/12/10 and we already had our financial year end.
The reason why your request could not have been done, is because we are not allowed to change any purchase details after our financial year end.
We do apologies for the inconvenience, but it should have been done during the same month of purchase.
