Pathetic Service
I bought a car from We Buy Cars. Paid the full amount in cash and collected the car. Three weeks later i am still waiting for the registration papers so that i can register the car. Several calls to the sales person and e-mails and still no response. I am starting to wonder if there is something that they are hiding since how hard can it be to hand over papers???

18 Jun 2019, 12:47My name is spelt Shantel, it is common courtesy to spell the name of the person correctly when addressing them. Seems you guys cannot even get the simple things right.
I was called today to say that i should come and collect the papers. No Apology for the delay, no can we deliver the papers to you. This lack of service gets worse by the second dealing with you at webuycars.co.za
Needless to say i will never refer anyone nor will i ever think of putting myself through this ********** service ever again.
