PATHETIC SALES

Poor sales, empty promises and false and misleading advertising. All paperwork was provided (after numerous back and forth communications and issues) to the sales lady named Philile at we buy cars in Riverhorse and payment of R5 000.00 deposit made yesterday, 28 September 2023, in order to secure the vehicle for 48 hours to conclude the deal and the balance of the purchase price to be paid at 16:00 on 29 September 2023 when collecting the vehicle. At 10:30 this morning, 29 September 2023, the sales lady contacts me to notify me that the car was sold to a dealership this morning. Is this the way a big company such this does business.

I do not recommend this company to anyone I know and I will never purchase a vehicle from them.
