Pathetic customer service

A motorcycle assistant (willies)was called to the front desk to assist us with the motorcycle which we interested in . We asked to start the motorcycle he asked me if I’m buying it , what bull **** is that, how do I know if is running or not . He said cause they make a lot of noise. Customer service service there is just pathetic
