On the 15th of june I was negotiating a deal from WE BUY CARS CAPE TOWN BRACKENFELL BRANCH . THE guy name is NICO ,I have sent then 5k deposit to secure a car . Last week I asked them to refund the money becasue the car I was looking for it was too much problems to repair it. I have sent NICO all the relevant information to send my money back but he ddint don't. When asked he said he need a proof of payment from bank. NOW I am asking when I sent the money via EFT he confirmed that he recived it ,Then what is the problem not to accept WhatsApp messge . When the money was going into their compnay account they accepted everything. Now when the time to return the money we must send them proof . PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM THE GENTLEMAN.
