Pathetic and disgusting

I must say this is disgusting and pathetic the way We Buy Cars handles their customers. It is sick that you can sell Vehicles and wait patiently for mothers, fathers and kids to DIE in. They selling vehicles but they carry on like it is a pair of boots. I have explained myself numerous times standing there with a 3 year old and yet not one person can give me an answer. Even creating a proper document from legal they failing. They were just too happy to make a sale. I bought an X5 BMW at We Buy Cars and my sales person was Amu. When I chose the car the Deka report stated that there was an issue with the suspension. My husband, brother and I asked the sales person if it would get fixed he advised us YES it would. So we proceeded with the purchase of the car. In the interim he was getting it fixed at Motorsport in Ormonde which cost 22K which I paid because they worked the cost in my finance. On the morning of the 15th February the car passed roadworthy (still not sure how) and we advised to pick up the car at this time the branch manager also approved the car was fixed meaning the branch manager also knew what was wrong with the car that is why he was happy so it seems. On the same day of the 15th at 15.38 the car states there is a problem with the chasse. We called We buy Cars and they said we must send the car back to Motorsport, the same people they chose to get the car fixed by. After a week they said we can come back to pick up the car. I picked up the car from Ormonde, drove it to Mondeor which is 4.6km and as I got to the gate the error was back. We messaged them and they said bring the car back. The car then gets stripped without my consent and then I am told the problem now is a pump which still relates to the suspension. This is the same people who We buy cars send the car to be fixed, I then got a new quote for 57K for a car I hardly drove for an issue which was supposed to be fixed the first time. For a car which passed the roadworthy test with having a suspension issue and by the Manager of We buy Cars which was now conveniently moved to another branch. I get a quote of 57k. I then went back to We Buy Cars angry as this problem was supposed to be resolved they say call head office. I do that then they go radio dead and no one speaks to me, you call them they don't answer or reply to messages. The day I took my son to hospital they sent me a letter saying it is wear and tear and I need to fix it. I have not had this car now for a month yet I paid two installments. SO WHO WORE IT TO TEAR IT they cant give proof. What is even better is I don't have the car in my possession, but the mileage goes s from 108 441 to 109 317 which is 1 and half trips to Durban, so who drove the car for (876). They sent it to me in writing by don't investigate. They also said I had ample time to assess the vehicle, but the car was not with me to assess the car did not even go for inspection because that is how long they had the car and then they have a chick to say go to the ombudsman. Lets not mention the fact that Chandre (Finance Manager/Enquires/Licence department) still have not given me a disk which I paid for because I was told I have outstanding fines/disc, but the traffic department on Loveday street gave me a document stating I have nothing. It seems there too the process is flawed. They mislead people and then they don't have the decency to pick the phone and call you or reply to emails and messages. From the 15th February this is going on. The Branch Manager has not come back to me from Monday the 7th which is not the second time I complained to him, Mpho nor Vino has come back to me from complains and nor is the car with me I am yet to see the mileage now on this vehicle guess they will make a plane to change that too since they passing vehicles through roadworthy just as they wish. This is the worst experience and the saddest that they allowed to do this people. They abuse your time, your money, your trust. When someone eventually comes back to me, I will update. I guess it is taking some time now create a new letter because customers don't have rights or evidence for injustice.
